Felipe bought Finca La Nature in 2015 with a focus of using this farm to plant and cultivate specialty coffee crops such as Pink Bourbon, as well as Geisha. As with many specialty coffee producers, Felipe is committed to maintaining the existing areas of native cloud forest found on the farm, as well as cultivating environments that prevent erosion and habitats for crop pollinators such as hummingbirds and bees to flourish.
La Nature is one of the highest coffee farms in Colombia, all 2250 masl attributing to the incredible sweetness, depth of flavour, and overall quality of the coffees grown here.
