About: Up until two years ago Carlos was selling most of his coffee, including his award winning Typica natural, through his own shop in Quindio. His coffee though is exceptional, and the demand from international markets has led Carlos to rent a nearby farm to quickly increase his production. The Typica varietal is rare enough, but to find it processed via the natural method is truly something special. This cup is bursting with red fruits and a candied sweetness.
