About: Inacio founded Rio Brilhante in the 1980s when he moved to Cerrado Mineiro and he saw great potential for growing coffee in the rich soils of the Pantano micro-region. More than 30 years later and Rio Brilhante is a thriving family business with over 1200 hectares of highly productive land. All coffees from Rio Brilhante are Rainforest Alliance certified due to the Urban family’s exemplary farming practices.
