About: Nahun Fernandez has evolved into the master coffee processor of the Las Flores region in Santa Barbara, Honduras. He has consulted and assisted his neighbours by teaching them the very techniques he has acquired from Proud Mary; to improve taste profile, flavour qualities, and the overall coffee quality. The quality is so consistent that he has walked away with two awards for 2018! For 2019, we present a refined and elegant version of Nahun’s award winning Parainema honey. This very coffee won him stardom and recognition in the 2018 Honduras 2018 Cup of Excellence.
