About: Finca San Sebastian was purchased by Salvador Falla Santos in 1890, and since then, four generations of the Falla family have farmed the land. Today, Estuardo Falla oversees the family estate. San Sebastian is one of the largest and most historic farms in the Antigua Valley, with more than 2,500 hectares, 500 of which are planted with coffee. The family also raise dairy cattle and grows macadamia nuts and avocados. The future at Finca San Sebastian is bright, with Estuardo's children and grandchildren taking an active role at the farm. Their quality over quantity focus inspired the planting of exotic varieties not typically found in Guatemala, such as Geisha, Pacamara, and Villa Sarchi. This Pacamara lot was processed using the traditional washed method, highlighting the qualities of the variety. It exhibits the warm spice notes and purple fruit juiciness typically associated with Pacamara.
