About: This coffee is from a single estate in Ethiopia, something very rarely seen until recently due to legislation. Producer, Tesfaye Bekele, has travelled through Central and South America to learn the best cultivation and processing methods from those regions. It has paid off as the complexity of this coffee is next level. It is a symphony of delicate flavours that we love in washed coffees from the Guji region, but still harmonious and balanced.
