About: Miguel Angel Botina has a lot of fans at Proud Mary Coffee. Since we first started working together in 2016 his coffee has never failed to amaze. Finca La Miel (The Honey) is right next door to the La Cereza wet mill and research centre which means Miguel has access to the best knowledge and facilities for processing his coffee. This lot was fermented as whole cherry in airtight barrels before being dried on raised beds as a natural. Some at Proud Mary claim it’s their favourite coffee of the year. With notes of blueberry, golden syrup, and all the tropical fruits… what more could you want in a coffee!?
