Nestled amongst pristine wilderness El Zafiro, which means ‘the Sapphire’, is truly a gem. Nancy and Oscar are meticulous with every step when it comes to cultivating and processing coffee, and it shows in the cup. They are genuinely passionate producers and we love supporting them. El Zafiro is a very special place and the coffees grown here are like nowhere else on earth. This is the second year their Wush Wush has been processed using the anaerobic natural method and it is wildly delicious!
