About: Coffee has been produced in the Mantiqueira de Minas region for over 100 years, which is currently one of the most awarded regions in Brazil. This coffee is made up of the production from Alvaro Coli and Jose Wagner, two of our long-term partners and members of the Cocarive cooperative. These coffees were selected for their quality and flavour profile, and for the producer’s commitment to safeguarding a sustainable future for the region. The result is an exceptionally tasty coffee with notes of yellow fruit, chocolate, brown sugar, and a soft refined acidity.
