About: Andres Guaca’s Purple Bourbon is a rare colour mutation of Red Bourbon. Although its cherries are deep purple in colour its flavour profile tends to be more floral. Andres’ Purple Bourbon has been processed via the natural method to increase body, sweetness, and complexity. 2019 is our first year working with Andres, but if his Purple Bourbon is anything to go by, we look forward to working with him for many years to come.
